Refund policy
Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy
At Dakota Brace, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom orthopedic braces designed to meet your unique needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom-made items. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.
Prepayment for Custom Braces & Customer Engagement
The full payment for your custom brace is made upfront to secure your order and begin the personalized process. Due to the unique, custom nature of our products, once your individual brace design has been initiated or the custom fitting process has begun, we are unable to offer refunds.
For situations where a prepayment has been made but you have not yet engaged with our clinical staff to begin your custom brace design or fitting process, please contact us at success@dakotabrace.com.
Such requests will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is to provide fair solutions, considering the circumstances and any administrative efforts involved.
Adjustments or Remakes Due to Design Errors
If there is an error in the design or functionality of your custom brace caused by us, we will work with you to address the issue. Adjustments or a remake will be provided free of charge within the first 60 days of delivery.
Damage from Manufacturing Defects
If your product arrives with damage or defects caused during manufacturing, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Any issues related to manufacturer defects must be reported within the first 30 days of receiving your product.
